Pentax Program Plus with Auto Chinon 50mm f1.4

What can I say? I'm a gearhead.

The nice thing I can say about this body is it's a metal shutter camera. It won't fire without batteries.

Wonky shutter speed selector. You have to press the up or down button on the top plate. The flash syn is 1/100 which is better than the 1/60 on my Konica TC-X.

It is a very ugly camera. But it's nice to have a K-mount camera around. My first. This is not the body which came with the lens.

Well I can tell you are not a Pentax person. This body reflects the lineage of Pentax SLRs. A Pentax person would most likely say this body is beautiful with respect to it's physical style, very Pentax like. It is probably the last Pentax to have this classic style. Mating it up with a Chinon 1.4 is a beautiful thing. Enjoy the ride.
